Your devices/accounts may be at risk

The results of your risk assessment indicate a potential risk to your devices or online accounts. We recommend undertaking a Digital Safety Audit (for Domestic Violence Centres Only) or a Technology Abuse Audit (for when you are not supported by a domestic violence centre and case worker).

A Technology risk assessment is designed to identify potential compromises of your mobile phone, smart device, cloud, and social media accounts and assess their impact. Consultations range of 60-90 minutes for a Digital Safety Audit, to 120 minutes+ for a Technology Abuse Assessment and will be conducted online with a trauma informed cyber security specialist who will collaborate with you to ensure you regain control of your digital environment and enhance your safety.

Following your consultation, we may need to conduct further analysis of log files or other data gathered during your audit. We provide up to two hours of additional analysis at no additional cost, and the majority of our cases are managed well within these timeframes. Should your matter be more complex, we will discuss this with you at the earliest opportunity.

At the conclusion, a detailed report documenting our findings will be provided to assist you in reporting your matter to police, seeking legal advice or applying for a court order.

Please ensure you have access to a computer that you know is safe, for example a work computer. The audit is conducted online via Teams, so no special software downloads are required. Any computer with an internet connection is acceptable. If you have any doubts, feel free to contact us for assistance.
